New Precautions in place during COVID-19

GoWrench, by design, is a mobile mechanic and technician service.  As such we already have very limited physical interaction with customers or other staff.  We are mobile and provide service on site so with a few small changes outlined below we are able to continue our essential service to customers in a safe and healthy way.

Due to COVID-19 we ask that all clients respect a minimum 6 foot (2 meter) distance from technicians at all times.  In addition to this we request that you disinfect your keys before and after the service and leave then in a mailbox of bag hung from your door handle 5-10 min prior to your technicians arrival.

In addition to this, technicians are disinfecting keys and anything they may touch inside the vehicle.  They also utilize rubber gloves (this is standard practice for technicians as it is) and masks.  We are taking every precaution to ensure our customer's and technician's safety and piece of mind is achieved.

Technicians may refuse service to clients that do not respect social distancing policies.

We greatly appreciate your understanding during this time.
